This is a common presentation of tinea pedis and manuum. Patient  with scaling and dryness on the left palm and both feet. The fungal culture is positive for Trichophyton rubrum. One explanation of this unilateral hand involvement is asymmetric palm sweating. But in my opinion the chronic occupational exposure to the chemical substances with antifungal properties plays an important part.
