Palmoplantar hidradenitis

Palmoplantar hidradenitis (palmoplantar eccrine hidradenitis) is characterized by painful tender erythematous nodules localized to the feet, or, more  rarely to the the palms of the hands. Children ( 1.5-15 years) are usually affected.
