Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is an uncommon benign vascular skin tumor which presents with dome-shaped, smooth-surfaced papules or nodules. The histological features - vascular hyperplasia and thick-walled blood vessels, prominent inflammatory infiltrate with eosinophilic component.
